RETURN POLICY

Examine your blanket when you receive it. You have 36 hours to call us at (423) 475-6009 and request a full refund by packing the unused blanket back in the box and letting us know you would like to return it.  All original packaging must be included.

After 36 hours, and/or the blanket being used, you may return the blanket to us at your cost within 30 days of purchase. Upon receipt, we will deduct the original shipping and a 30% restocking fee that covers the lost value from the use of the blanket. If the blanket requires repairs or cleaning, an additional charge may be assessed. The balance will be refunded to you.

Blankets are warrantied against manufacturer defect for 1 year.

If you need wear and tear repairs, give us a call. We will repair your blanket within reason if you pay shipping costs.
