I recieved my weighed blanket yesterday. I ordered it for my son who is about to turn 2 and was recently diagnosed with autism. He slept the best he has ever slept last night. He normally is up4 or 5 times a night last night it was once and as soon as i put his blanky back over him he fell right back to sleep. I am very impressed with the quality and I love that it doesnt look like a "medically needed" blanket like so many of the other weighted blankets out there. Thank you so much for your amazing product.

Thank you so much for making such a wonderful product. I have a 16 month old little boy who has had a difficult time sleeping at night and during the day. I thought that I have tried everything. I purchased one of your weighted blankets and my son has slept throughout the night since I bought the blanket. I can never thank you enough!

There are absolutely no words imaginable to describe the help you give.

Since my son received his blanket a week and a half ago, he gets up for about 1 min during the night and goes right back to sleep.

This has happened maybe 5 times in his 3 years of life. He is not autistic, and has no sensory problems that I know of. Just DOES NOT SLEEP.

He has done it (slept for more than 6 hours in a row) 6 nights in a row.

I am happier, have more energy, more patience, and am in awe of how a measly 114.00 can change someone's life for the better...

For 2-1/2 years I have been praying, along with family and friends, for peaceful sleep for my precious grandson, Matthew. I have also been praying for my daughter - a working mother trying to cope with a 4 year old as well as a 2-1/2 year old who was up many times during the night. I was truly worried that she would have a nervous breakdown.

God has heard my prayer and answered through you, Donna, and your weighted blanket. Matthew is sleeping through the night and is even more manageable during the day since sleeping under your blanket. You have a ministry! I was so touched to learn that you prayed for Matthew while making the blanket. I am a Christian and believe in the power of prayer, believe that prayer changes things, but was becoming very discouraged. I know God led my daughter to your website. May God bless you for the gift you are giving children and their families.

Dear Donna,
I was cleaning out our den with my husband a couple weeks ago and I found the note you sent with the blanket we ordered for our son Gabe last thanksgiving. It said that you pray over each blanket that you send out and I wanted to thank you so much for both the blanket and your prayers.

Gabe has PDD NOS, he is 3, and does not sleep through the night. He is awake for long periods in the early AM hours. Since we gave him your weighted blanket, though, he has stayed in his room nearly every night, and not come out to try to play with us. I can honestly say my life has improved tremendously with the extra sleep...

Thank you so much for all your help with the blanket!! It and the lap pad are so cute and comfy, he actually hauled it all the way downstairs the other morning to watch cartoons. He has really taken to it, and bedtime is less restless and he seems to be really resting while in the past he would seem to wake up tired... I think I researched every blanket out there and couldn't be happier with the choice we made. Function is the priority, but the personalization, comfort, value, and care made this blanket priceless.

My family and I want to thank you for the beautiful blanket! Our wonderful son has agenesis of the corpus callosum. We were told by his OT that he had to stop being swaddled because it was affecting his ability to grab since his hands were always down at his sides. This was tricky, however, since he would not sleep without the swaddle. Aiden also tried to get out of the swaddle and would wake up constantly. We were desperate for help when our OT suggested a weighted blanket. We could not believe how long it would take. Then we found your site. I was not sure at first if it would help. We got the blanket in just two weeks and it was great. It was such wonderful material that Aiden can use it in the warm weather and light enough that he can still kick it off and put it in his mouth. Best of all, aiden is sleeping for six hours at a time now. He wakes up only once for a bottle. Even with the swaddle he never slept this well. He used to be up at least three times a night and be such a cranky baby and I was a cranky mommy.

Your blanket was a life saver and helped us help our five month old reach his full potential. Not only is he grabbing everything but he has begun to roll from back to front which I was worried he would never do! I can not thank you enough. I am a teacher and never thought to use a weighted blanket before the OT mentioned it. Any baby would benefit from them, not just children with special needs. Thank you again. You helped us get control of what could have turned into a severe problem. You have no idea how you have changed our lives!

Our blanket arrived a couple of weeks ago and my 7 year old son LOVES, LOVES, LOVES it! He was so excited when it came. He has slept under it every night since we received it. I have seen such a change in his behavior. He is not flapping his hands as much, he seems more regulated and I truly feel he is sleeping better and waking up more rested. It's really helping him to obtain the pressure he seeks in his upper body. I wish I would have bought this blanket for him years ago! Dear Donna,
Saturday we witnessed the HAPPIEST little boy EVER! Alex's blanket arrived via Fed-ex. As Alex opened the box (with help) his excitement grew. He could barely control himself and his anxiety.

As we removed the lovely (but heavy) blanket from the box Alex squealed and did a little dance. Next he grabbed his blanket, laid down on the couch, covered up, and announced to the world that THIS IS THE BEST BLANKET EVER!

It truly must be the best blanket ever. Since receiving his blanket Alex has slept thru the night without waking, slept peacefully, and was so refreshed when he awoke. Alex went thru the entire house announcing to everyone that he slept in his bed all night and he felt good.

A marked improvement already! Please accept our sincere THANKS on a job well done. I'm sure we may a new blanket down the road as Alex grows.

I think your products are wonderful and VERY affordable. I have spent over an hour searching for a blanket for my daughter and the other sites are so expensive. The wait time on the other blankets is also incredibly long. Some sites have a wait list up to 12 weeks.

Thank you so much for the time and effort you had to put forth to make my little guy a blanket. It is truly wonderful and it is working already. I have attached a couple pictures for you to see him with it. It is GORGEOUS and he really likes the fish on it. I'm glad we decided to do a heavier one because he seems to really settle down with it. We're going to push for it to become his security blanket so he can use it while he "works" too.

Hi Donna!

I wanted to let you know what a beautiful job you did on the blanket! I was at an appointment when the Fed Ex man came and my daughter called me on my cell to see if she could open the package (the babysitter wouldn't let her). She was so excited! She opened it while I was on the phone and I could hear her squeal! She absolutly loves it! It is perfect! She has been wanting to decorate her room in an ocean theme for over a year now so I think the time has come! Thank you so much for all of your hard work and for putting your talent to work to help families like ours.

Sorry it has taken me so long to respond! I received the new smaller blanket and it is just right! :0) Thank you so very very much!!!! Donna - it's WONDERFUL!!!!
He adored it as soon as I brought it out - colors so bright, fabric so soft, and he sat right down and pulled it over his lap immediately. He's sleeping w/it as i type!

PWS has alot of sensory issues. My hubby is worried he might end up w/it on his face - but i feel quite safe @ that. He sleeps in an O2 tent, so the extra warmth that is not so easy to kick off is a grand thing! further, i'm praying it brings about a sense of peace and comfort, to enhance a good night's sleep - which can be a really hard thing to come by w/PWS.
